Thanks so much for the recommendation! I’ve been going back and forth about whether handling payroll manually in spreadsheets is too risky, and I couldn’t find much useful advice. I was honestly looking for something that would spell out the downsides clearly. It sounds like this article does exactly that. I’m going to give it a try and see what it says.
